Description
Metropolitan Community College is soliciting proposals for comprehensive services supporting its existing Automated Logic Corporation WebCTRL building automation system across approximately 1,700,000 square feet at multiple campuses. The scope includes WebCTRL software upgrades, cybersecurity improvements, hardware modernization, BACnet network optimization, database cleanup, graphics modernization, sequence-of-operations optimization, sensor and control-device calibration, commissioning, documentation, training, and technical support. The selected contractor must provide labor, supervision, software, equipment, materials, licenses, tools, transportation, and incidentals. Required capabilities include at least 10 years of Automated Logic and WebCTRL experience, experience with BACnet integration and controller replacement, emergency response within two hours, annual on-site training, and ongoing preventive maintenance and support. Pricing must cover annual service agreements, labor classifications, service calls, programming and integration, preventive maintenance, materials markups, travel, and response-time commitments. The proposed initial term is three years with two one-year extension options.
