Description
Jackson County is seeking as-needed emergency sewer repair, public sewer and storm sewer cleaning, culvert cleanout, and color closed-circuit television inspection services for various County departments. The contractor must provide 24-hour, seven-day emergency availability, arrive within one hour or less, supply the required equipment, submit same-day written inspection reports and recordings, and perform work throughout the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area and various County locations. The contract is a 24-month term and supply contract with one 12-month extension option. Bidders must provide hourly labor rates, overtime and holiday rates, minimum hours, and a materials discount. The solicitation estimates annual spending of $275,000. Required submission materials include the buyer-provided forms and affidavits, Certificate of Compliance, contractor qualifications, exceptions, quotation sheet, applicable M/W/VBE participation affidavit, a geographic-area memo or proof of location, two dedicated supplier email addresses, and a W-9.
