Description
The City of North Canton is soliciting proposals for a long-term management partner for the Arrowhead Golf and Event Center. The selected firm will provide day-to-day management and operations for the 18-hole municipal golf course, pro shop, restaurant and grille, event center, swimming pool and poolside bar, six pickleball courts, and related facilities. Responsibilities include staffing, golf-course and property maintenance, aquatics, food and beverage, event bookings, pickleball programming, customer service, marketing, business development, technology systems, financial management, reporting, licensing, regulatory compliance, and facility improvement planning. The City anticipates a minimum five-year management agreement, lease, or combined operating structure, subject to negotiation and approval. Proposers may alternatively offer to purchase the facility with a deed restriction of at least 10 years requiring continued operation of the amenities. Proposals must include the firm's qualifications, comparable experience, management team, detailed management plan, financial structure and pricing, insurance approach, at least three similar-scope references, and a signed proposer acknowledgment. Electronic proposals must be submitted as one PDF by the stated deadline.
