Description
Iowa State University of Science and Technology is soliciting proposals for two DV-LED video walls, including delivery, installation, configuration, and warranty support. The displays will be installed at Hilton Coliseum, 1705 Center Drive, and the Stark Performance Center, 1828 Jack Trice Way, in Ames, Iowa. The solicitation identifies an optional site walk and requires vendors to submit questions through the online bid system. The existing scope includes approximately 165-by-93-inch, 16:9 displays; 1.55mm and 1.25mm pixel-pitch options; decommissioning and packaging existing walls for University asset recovery; reuse of existing control racks; rack-mounted HDMI input plates; required cabling; and technical and warranty support. A minimum one-year warranty is required, with pricing requested for optional three- and five-year warranty coverage. Responses must be submitted online through ISUBid.
