Description
The City of Laredo is soliciting bids for construction of the Santa Fe Park Trail under project FY24-ENG-81. The work includes approximately 3,372 linear feet of 10-foot-wide concrete trail, excavation and grading, subgrade preparation and compaction, reinforced concrete placement, channel rehabilitation or replacement, pedestrian railing, trench drainage, chain-link fence removal and installation, traffic control, and related site work. The bid schedule also includes stormwater pollution-prevention measures such as silt fencing, a stabilized construction entrance, a concrete wash pit, a trash and debris container, and inlet protection. The project has a contract time of 120 working days. Bidders must submit pricing for all listed bid items, acknowledge Addendum No. 1, and provide the required bid guarantee; performance and payment bonds apply according to the contract-value thresholds in the specifications.
