Description
Imperial County Department of Public Works is seeking a contractor to remove existing dampers and furnish and install three 120V motorized square fire/smoke dampers at an Information and Technology Services server room. The work includes providing all materials, accessories, supports, connections, and incidental components; connecting the dampers to existing electrical and HVAC systems; modifying, sealing, and insulating ductwork; and verifying airflow and system performance. The contractor must perform testing and commissioning, protect occupied areas and existing finishes, remove construction debris, and restore affected areas. The project must be completed within ten working days after award. The quotation must include labor, materials, equipment, transportation, prevailing wages, taxes, shipping, insurance, and applicable bonds. A California C-20 contractor's license, DIR registration, business license, and the listed proposal exhibits are required.
