Description
Imperial Irrigation District seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services at six facilities in Niland and Brawley, California. The scope includes labor, supervision, cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, dusting, wiping, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, buffing, carpet shampooing, floor stripping and waxing, glass and window cleaning, restroom and locker-room cleaning, kitchen and lounge cleaning, exterior-area maintenance, waste removal, and replenishment of consumables supplied by IID. Services are generally required Monday through Friday, with schedules varying by facility. The proposed contract term is approximately 60 months, with services scheduled to begin April 1, 2027, and continue through March 31, 2032. Respondents must submit a methodology, project schedule, company and personnel qualifications, licenses, references, safety and training information, and completed response forms. The solicitation requires a separate sealed cost proposal, a mandatory onsite jobwalk, and compliance with IID insurance, background-check, safety, prevailing-wage, and security requirements.
