Description
The City of San Luis is soliciting bids for construction work to repair the sewer manhole drop connection at Merrill Avenue and Ramona Street. The scope includes removing and replacing approximately 35 linear feet of damaged 8-inch sewer main; replacing the damaged sewer drop connection, wye, and associated fittings; installing a new drop sewer connection; coring or cutting the existing manhole; repairing the manhole base and lining; adjusting the manhole frame and cover to finished grade; and restoring affected pavement and cross gutter. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental work; maintain sewer flows during construction; and hold a valid Arizona Registrar of Contractors Class A license. The project must be completed within 30 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. A bid bond or certified/cashier's check equal to 5% of the total bid is required. No pre-bid meeting will be held, and bids must be submitted through the Procurement Portal.
