Description
The City of San Luis is soliciting bids for the Joe Orduno Park Tennis Courts Renovation Project. Work includes removing deteriorated court coating; repairing cracks, localized concrete damage, slab elevation differences, joints, and dowels; replacing designated concrete slab areas; installing a complete 100% acrylic surfacing system with blue and green court colors, white lines, and one APS logo per court; rehabilitating chain-link fencing, posts, and entrance gates; reinstalling north-side shade fabric; replacing tennis net posts, hardware, and nets; and constructing a new 4-foot-wide concrete sidewalk connection to the court gates. The project must be complete and in place no later than December 30, 2026, from the date of Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted through the Procurement Portal and accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid amount.
