The Bureau of Reclamation's Yuma Area Office requires crane services to support relocation of the Imperial Dredge. The contractor must provide a suitable crane, qualified crane operator, rigging, a rigger, lift supervision, and incidental services to safely lift and load an approximately 95,000-pound dredge center tank onto a government-owned truck/trailer at River Mile 33 Backwater, Arizona, and unload it at the Laguna Field Office, California. This is a presolicitation notice, not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. The Government intends to solicit quotations directly from at least three sources for a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The requirement is a 100% small-business set-aside, with a stated period of performance from December 15, 2026, through March 1, 2027.
