Description
This Sources Sought notice requests information from qualified construction firms or assembled teams for a planned FY27 firm-fixed-price design-build contract to repair storm damage and reconstruct approximately 4,505 feet of Imperial Dam Road at Yuma Proving Ground. The anticipated project magnitude is $4 million to $7 million, with an estimated 600-calendar-day performance period. The work is expected to include raising the roadway grade; constructing culverts; regrading wash areas and ditches to accommodate current stormwater runoff; establishing positive ditch drainage; replacing signs; and installing wet-reflective thermoplastic pavement markings and retroreflective pavement markers. Work must comply with Arizona Department of Transportation specifications, Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices standards, and Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command Transportation Engineering Agency standards. Respondents must provide organizational and socioeconomic information, bonding capacity, and up to three relevant projects completed or at least 50% complete within the past six years, including at least one project valued above $2 million. Responses are limited to three pages. This is an information-gathering notice and will not result in an award.
