Description
The State of Kansas Department of Administration, Office of Procurement and Contracts, seeks an online marketplace platform for purchasing a broad range of products and services. The platform must support product catalogs, ordering, fulfillment, returns, customer service, reporting, and account and purchasing controls for the State and participating public agencies. Requirements include category and seller restrictions, in-state small-business promotion and spend reporting, pricing transparency and parity, and support for implementation and onboarding. The contract is an indefinite-quantity cooperative vehicle with no guaranteed purchase volume. The State estimates potential annual volume of $15 million to $60 million for planning purposes only; cooperative use outside Kansas could increase that volume. The State may make multiple awards by category and may re-release the RFP to refresh the vendor pool at its discretion after the first 12 months following award.
