Description
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization seeks a contractor to collect outgoing registered and unregistered mail and parcels from its headquarters, including on-demand express parcels. The contractor will handle and sort items at its own premises, apply postage, provide tracking for registered mail and express deliveries, and transfer items to the official distribution center for delivery to recipients. The scope also includes invoicing, service management, quality control, and performance reporting.
