Description

Community Council of South Central Texas, Inc. is seeking a technology vendor to provide preventive and as-needed IT support for approximately 125 devices, one physical Windows server, one virtual server, network equipment, Microsoft 365 users, backups, security tools, and users across 22 geographic locations. Required services include desktop and application support, server and workstation administration, network and firewall administration, email and account administration, security monitoring and audits, backup and recovery procedures, remote-access configuration, planning, equipment and software installation, help desk support, reporting, and staff training. The vendor must provide an initial assessment and annual assessment reports, maintain technology and help desk documentation, and support reliable operation during normal business hours. Website hosting is optional but encouraged and will be evaluated separately. Proposals may include hosting and maintenance for the organization’s WordPress website, including security updates, backups, performance monitoring, content updates, technical support, and an assessment of the current website and hosting environment. The proposal package is limited to ten pages and must include a transmittal letter, firm profile, technical approach and experience, three client references, staffing information, support-service details, pricing for a 12-month fixed-fee period with up to four additional 12-month renewals, exclusions and fee schedules, termination-for-default disclosures, a draft contract, and a proposal summary. A HUB certificate or documentation is requested if applicable.
