Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Health Contracting Division Southeast Bragg Branch, is soliciting one complete IntelliBlate Microwave Ablation System on a firm-fixed-price basis. The required equipment includes the generator console, customized mobile cart, Ximitry probes in 15 cm, 20 cm, and 27 cm lengths, remote temperature sensor probes, integrated fluid cassettes, and all associated hardware, software, cables, power supplies, and coolant bundles. The system must support dual-channel microwave ablation, integrated cooling, multi-point thermal sensing, real-time procedural feedback, needle locking, tract ablation, and integration with 3D planning and laser-guidance software. The contractor must deliver and install the system, perform system verification and checkout, provide an initial supply of integrated fluid cassettes, and conduct on-site user training. Delivery is required no later than September 30, 2026, with installation required within 45 days of purchase and limited to no more than two business days. Award will be made on a sole-source basis to Varian Medical Systems, Inc., with price as the evaluation factor; technical and past-performance factors will not be evaluated.
