Description
The Defense Health Agency, through Womack Army Medical Center's Traumatic Brain Injury department, is procuring one new Bertec Balance Advantage computerized dynamic posturography/immersive virtual-reality system. The requirement includes the core system, dynamic force plate, immersive visual dome, projector, computer, monitor, computer cart, patient safety harness, Balance Advantage software, Perturbations Module, and Head Shake-Sensory Organization Test hardware and software module. The contractor must deliver and install the complete system, perform setup, calibration, full system verification, and on-site user training. The equipment must be new rather than refurbished. Delivery is required by September 30, 2026, with installation no later than 45 days after purchase and installation limited to two business days.
