Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for the replacement and installation of expired nickel-cadmium batteries supporting emergency generators at the Fayetteville Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The batteries will provide backup power for emergency lighting and critical medical equipment, including patient monitors, infusion pumps, defibrillators, and portable diagnostic devices. The attached requirements identify 162 batteries across multiple buildings, including 1.2-volt batteries and associated chargers for Caterpillar generator systems. Respondents must provide company information, business size and socioeconomic-category information, qualifications and capabilities, authorized-distributor documentation, country of origin, and other information demonstrating the ability to meet the requirement.
