Description
The Department of the Air Force is soliciting quotations from SBA-certified women-owned small businesses for a brand-name-only requirement for 10 Javelin Odyssey non-tactical ram-air parachute systems supporting the 352nd Special Warfare Training Squadron. Each system includes a Javelin Odyssey harness container with specified configurations, ring harness, Sky Hook option, pinstripe package, easy-grip dive loops, clear flap option, installed automatic activation device, PD Silhouette main canopy, and PD Optimum reserve canopy. The main and reserve canopies must be Berry Amendment compliant and supplied in the specified sizes. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation. The quotation must include a cover letter, completed provisions and clauses, and pricing for all required items. The cover letter must confirm quote validity through September 30, 2026 and state the approximate delivery lead time. The requirement is a 100% women-owned small business set-aside, and the contractor must maintain current System for Award Management registration.
