Description
The U.S. Army Special Operations Command requires a qualified small-business contractor to completely rebuild one large and retrofit one small existing dual-chamber medical waste incinerator at the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center. The work includes project management, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, freight, crane services, on-site training for up to five government personnel, manuals, and a 12-month warranty. The completed systems must meet specified burn-rate and duty-cycle requirements, operate with existing utility connections, and require no structural or facility modifications. The contractor must provide and install components including burners, PLC controllers, hydraulic loading and cleanout doors, refractory-lined stacks, controls, steelwork, dumpers, and ram-loader systems. The contractor must also conduct warranty inspections at three, six, and twelve months after commissioning and provide diagnostic reports. Quotations require a completed and signed SF 1449, SAM registration information including UEI and CAGE Code, amendment acknowledgments if applicable, CMMC Level 1/NIST SP 800-171 assessment verification, a technical capability narrative limited to five pages, and a firm-fixed-price proposal using the stated CLIN structure. Award will use a lowest-price, technically acceptable evaluation.
