Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price requirements contract for a six-month lease of a fully functional mobile MRI trailer, with two optional three-month extensions. The unit must include a Siemens Viato MRI system in a mobile coach, a patient wheelchair lift, waste disposal box, sharps container, lockable entry door, compatibility with a 480V three-phase Russellstoll receptacle, and an onboard backup generator. The contractor must provide documentation for VA physicist inspection and certification and complete the VA Enterprise Risk Assessment before operation. The scope also includes delivery, setup, connection to the VA network, staff training, pickup, preventive and corrective maintenance, parts replacement, OEM recall support, Joint Commission documentation, applications training for five days, unlimited telephone support, and defined service response times. The quote must include a completed and signed SF 1449, a non-pricing technical proposal, a past-performance narrative with up to three relevant contracts completed within the last five years, and pricing for all required line items and options. Award will be based on technical capability, past performance, and price.
