Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide a turnkey modernization of access control systems at BLDG X-4514 and BLDG C-1726 at Fort Bragg. The work includes engineering, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, demolition of legacy systems, installation of CAC-enabled and dual-factor authentication locks, access control panels, enrollment and head-end workstations, centralized management software, UPS units, cabling, conduit, electrical integration, testing, commissioning, and one year of warranty coverage. The contractor must also provide end-user training, testing and commissioning documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, software administration guides, redline/as-built drawings, warranties, and site cleanup. All personnel working on-site must possess a verified U.S. Secret security clearance. The response requires separate price, technical capability, and past-performance volumes, plus a completed and signed SF-1449; technical and past-performance volumes have page limits and specified PDF formats.
