Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, hardware, and materials to remove existing annunciator panels and install two new remote annunciator panels for the boiler plant. The work includes site evaluation, compatibility verification, wiring and cabling, conduit and junction-box work, panel connections and programming, system testing, cleanup, and service documentation. The panels must meet NFPA 99, Health Care Facilities Code (2021), Section 6.7.1.2.7. The work will connect generator annunciators in Building 34 to new remote panels in the Building 11 boiler plant control room. The solicitation is a brand-name-or-equal, firm-fixed-price acquisition with a base performance period from September 18, 2026, through December 1, 2026. Quotes must include the completed SF 1449, pricing, relevant past-performance information, and the completed SDVOSB limitations-on-subcontracting certification.
