The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is holding a virtual industry day for its FY27 Enterprise Dredge Delivery Center National Small Business Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The anticipated work includes recurring and emergency maintenance and new-work dredging at coastal harbors, inland rivers, canals, and connecting channels nationwide, along with dredged-material placement, placement-site maintenance and groundskeeping, earthwork, surveying, and related activities. Task orders may require mobilization of dredges and support vessels, dredging, material placement, environmental surveys or protected-species observers, and demobilization. The five-year ordering period's maximum capacity and maximum task-order amounts are not yet determined. The notice describes draft technical-capability and past-performance criteria. Offerors must document at least one qualifying cutter-suction or mechanical dredge, certify it meets the stated minimums, and provide proof of ownership; leased dredges are not acceptable. Three recent and relevant maintenance-dredging examples are required, covering navigation channels, rivers, harbors, or inland waterways at depths of 6 to 50 feet, with work performed within the prior six years. The notice also discusses possible bonding-capacity documentation and EM 385-1-1-related documentation with a MATOC or task-order proposal. This posting announces an industry day and does not provide a complete proposal submission procedure.
