Description
The City of Bethel is soliciting proposals for ongoing services supporting one Northern Power wind turbine, serial number 00078. The scope includes continuous remote monitoring and fault notification, safe remote fault resets, turbine software and remote terminal unit support, remote technical assistance, annual preventive maintenance and inspection, troubleshooting, repair support, written reporting, and coordination of parts, travel, lifts, cranes, and other specialty services when needed. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, specialized tools, service planning, documentation, and emergency or unscheduled services as authorized by the City. Proposals must describe the firm's licenses, certifications, safety program, turbine-specific qualifications, similar experience, project team, subcontractors, client-facing monitoring tools, City responsibilities, and at least three relevant service engagements completed within the past five years. Respondents must submit standard service agreements and contract templates, litigation information, a signed cover letter, a completed Signature and Verification Page, and a detailed rate schedule and cost scenario. The anticipated contract term is three fiscal years, subject to annual appropriation.
