Description
Guzman Energy, LLC is soliciting proposals from invited respondents for operating and greenfield power supply resources in the Southwest Power Pool Classic footprint, Colorado, the Pacific Northwest, Nevada, and the Southeast. Eligible resources include standalone and hybrid wind and solar, battery energy storage systems, dispatchable thermal generation, capacity-only products, energy-only products, and novel or emerging clean-firm technologies. Guzman is seeking short- and long-term offtake arrangements, including power purchase agreements, tolling agreements, capacity agreements, and similar structures. Proposals must address project maturity, commercial operation timing, interconnection status, site control, critical permits, production or storage data, development schedule, qualifications and financing, pricing, credit and security capability, agreement-form acceptance or deviations, and relevant disclosures. Greenfield projects require contract terms of 12 to 20 years; BESS proposals must provide at least four hours of duration and conform to the specified full-tolling, dispatch, augmentation, cycling, and charging requirements. Proposals are due by 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on September 18, 2026, and must use the required Bid Form/Pricing Workbook and Project Data & 8760 Submission Template where applicable.
