The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a single contract for continued electricity supply to provide lighting and power for various buildings and resources at Youngstown Air Reserve Station. The contractor must be registered with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio as an electricity generator, maintain active and accurate SAM registration and representations and certifications, and provide domestic-origin supplies. The estimated requirement is 9,275,000 kilowatt-hours, with quotations stated as a kilowatt-hour unit price. The contract will use fixed pricing with economic price adjustment based on established prices, with transportation through FirstEnergy/Ohio Edison and payment handled through that utility.
