Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 intends to enter into a sole-source procurement with Bluesight, Inc. for a one-year annual subscription to KitCheck services and related fees for equipment already implemented at the facility. The proposed acquisition will use FAR 6.302-1 single-source procedures and is not a request for quotation; no solicitation will be made available. The vendor must be the original equipment manufacturer, an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, with authorization documentation demonstrating that the OEM warranty and service are maintained. Remanufactured and gray-market items are unacceptable, and all software licensing, warranty, and service must comply with OEM terms and conditions. Interested parties may submit capability information at no cost to the Government.
