The U.S. Navy is seeking an authorized distributor to repair a COMPUTER,DIGITAL item identified by CAGE code 1KZ68 and reference number 1R-15571-12-05-714. The contractor must perform repair or overhaul work in accordance with applicable technical documentation and approved repair standards, physically mark the item in accordance with MIL-STD-130, and meet the specified inspection, testing, packaging, packing, and marking requirements. The Government seeks a 70-day Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), measured from receipt of the asset at the contractor's facility through Government acceptance. Government Source Inspection is required, and the contractor must report transactions through the Commercial Asset Visibility system. Quotes must include pricing, proposed RTAT, pricing for testing and evaluation if the item is beyond repair, awardee and inspection/performance-location CAGE information, and proof of authorized-distributor status. The Government also intends to include an option quantity for additional units.
