Description
The North Carolina Department of Revenue is soliciting competitive bids from Broadcom-authorized resellers for an all-inclusive five-year renewal of maintenance and technical support for its existing on-premise Broadcom AutoSys software environment. The scope includes manufacturer software maintenance, updates, patches, and tier support; no new licenses, term licenses, or SaaS subscriptions are being purchased. The contract is intended to cover five annual renewal periods from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031, with annual invoicing. Vendors must provide firm, fixed annual support pricing, identify their Broadcom-authorized reseller status, and submit the signed solicitation execution page and required disclosure information. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Ariba Sourcing Module as one signed PDF containing the execution page and remaining solicitation pages; a redacted copy is additionally required if confidential information is included.
