Description
Chatham County is soliciting bids for a one-year renewal of its existing Veeam Data Platform Advanced Universal Subscription. The requirement includes Enterprise Plus Edition features, subscription licenses, and Production 24/7 Support for the County’s existing Veeam Platform, with a renewal period from October 5, 2026, through October 4, 2027. The submission requires completion of the online pricing table and the buyer-provided Attachments A–I, including certifications, affidavits, and other compliance forms. Bidders must also submit a completed List of Subcontractors and References form. References require information on five similar projects for bids of $500,000 or more, or at least three projects of various sizes for bids of $499,000 or less. The List of Subcontractors form requires bidders to indicate whether they propose to subcontract and identify any proposed subcontractors.
