Description
The Pacific Community is seeking a Preferred Supplier Agreement for enterprise backup, recovery, and disaster recovery services covering on-premises, cloud, hybrid, and SaaS environments. The required solution must protect physical servers, VMware virtual machines, Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, file services, Microsoft 365, Business Central, Microsoft Entra, GitHub, and public-cloud workloads. The environment is currently approximately 860–870 TB and is expected to approach or exceed 1 PB during the contract period, with ongoing growth, geographically distributed operations, constrained bandwidth, immutable and offline repositories, and existing Veeam arrangements that must be integrated with, transitioned from, or replaced. The contractor must support a maximum 24-hour RPO, a 4-hour RTO for business-critical systems, and a 24-hour RTO for non-critical systems. Scope includes configuration, transition, testing, documentation, recoverability assurance, disaster and cyber recovery, restore testing, auditable evidence, repository management, and operational reporting. Proposals must address recovery from site outages, ransomware, compromised credentials, unavailable primary systems, and protected or immutable copies, while identifying data-residency and sovereignty considerations. The financial proposal must separately identify fixed professional-service costs and applicable usage-based or subscription costs.
