Description

The City of McCleary is seeking an IT Managed Services and IT Managed Security Services Provider to work in a partial or fully co-managed relationship with the City's internal IT resource. The requested scope includes infrastructure, endpoint, network, and Microsoft 365 monitoring and support; ticketing with rapid end-user response; 24/7 cybersecurity threat monitoring and incident response; endpoint detection and response; log monitoring; incident response and threat hunting; backup and disaster recovery for on-premises systems and Microsoft 365; Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune expertise; and recurring security, operations, and asset reporting and meetings. Technicians assigned to the account must be able to pass fingerprinting and a CJIS criminal background check. Proposals must include a checklist, cover letter, firm qualifications and experience, at least three similar-service references, a technical strategy and approach, completed pricing information, worker-location information, key personnel qualifications, organizational information, and applicable administrative attachments. The proposal is limited to 20 pages, plus a two-page cover letter and up to five pages of appendices. One signed original must be mailed and postmarked by the deadline. The proposed contract is two years, renewable to a maximum of four years.
