Description
The West Virginia Department of Agriculture is soliciting quotations for maintenance and support of the USAFoodsafety application, including at least 50 hours of Tier 1 support. The support must provide a single point of contact for issue tracking and resolution, coordination with subject-matter experts, logging of problem calls through resolution, and availability from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business workdays. The scope also includes upgrading and installing the application's offline inspection module. The maintenance and support period ends June 30, 2027. Vendors must be able to document at least three years of maintenance and support experience with USAFoodsafety, at least three years of experience working with its source code, and preferred-vendor status with the Association of Food and Drug Officials. Pricing must be entered in wvOASIS, and the bid must include the signed Terms and Conditions, the addendum acknowledgment when applicable, and proof of insurance as required by the solicitation terms.
