Description
The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority, doing business as rabbittransit, is seeking proposals for labor, supervision, miscellaneous supplies, insurance, and software to replace hard-copy vehicle inspection reports with an electronic vehicle inspection report (EVIR) system. Proposers must describe their firm's capabilities to satisfy the Authority's specialized needs. The Authority serves and maintains locations in Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Harrisburg City, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union, and York Counties. The procurement is identified as a term contract, and all proposals and resulting contracts are subject to applicable Commonwealth and federal laws, including requirements associated with financial assistance from the Federal Transit Administration and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
