Description
The City of Lancaster is soliciting proposals for a Safe Routes to School assessment covering areas surrounding 11 schools located in Lancaster City. The selected firm, agency, or individual will conduct the assessment and recommend policy, planning, and prioritization measures related to bicycle and pedestrian safety. The project is funded through a Safe Streets and Roads for All grant from the United States Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration. The solicitation is identified as a fixed-fee contract and will be evaluated based on factors including service quality, responsiveness, past performance, compatibility with City services, capacity, integrity, cost, and financial and technical resources.
