The Lancaster County Land Bank Authority (LCLBA) is soliciting proposals from qualified developers or contractors to acquire and rehabilitate the vacant property located at 15 E. High Street in Manheim Borough, Pennsylvania. The property is a two-story masonry building with a finished lower level, totaling approximately 15,306 square feet, built in 1951 with a later addition including an elevator. The building features multiple office spaces, a large multi-purpose room with a stage, and two former jail cells. The site includes three dedicated parking spaces, with additional public parking nearby. Manheim Borough has expressed a strong preference for full commercial or mixed-use redevelopment.
