Description
Lancaster County is soliciting qualified vendors to provide domestic violence intervention groups and classes on behalf of Adult Probation and Parole Services. The approved vendor will determine the dates, times, locations, policies, procedures, and delivery approach for the groups and classes, and must demonstrate relevant experience serving municipal entities. The contract will have a three-year base term beginning January 1, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions. Proposals must include the required organizational, personnel, experience, service methodology, financial, reference, disclosure, pricing, and signature materials described in the solicitation. The submission must include one complete signed paper bid packet and one complete electronic copy, including a separate electronic financial proposal file, on a USB flash drive.
