Description
The City of Lancaster is soliciting bids for a term contract to furnish and maintain three 30-cubic-yard containers at the Susquehanna Water Treatment Plant and one 30-cubic-yard container at the Low Service Pumping Station. The scope includes regular removal and disposal of sludge, grit, and other waste material. Bidders must conduct a pre-bid site visit during normal working hours. The solicitation will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, considering factors including service quality, responsiveness, past performance, compatibility with other City services, ability to handle the proposed volume, integrity, and financial and technical resources.
