Description
The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program provider for eligible employees, retirees, and covered household members. Required services include confidential intake, assessment, referral, and short-term counseling; 24/7/365 crisis intervention; individual, couples, family, and group counseling; behavioral-health and workplace support; work-life, legal, financial, child-care, and elder-care resources; digital self-service tools; and multilingual and accessibility-support capabilities. The contractor must also provide employee and supervisor training, promotional materials, implementation and transition support, account management, critical-incident response, aggregate quarterly and annual utilization reporting, and regular program-review meetings. Proposals must address service approach, qualifications, similar experience, staffing, implementation, reporting, technology, accessibility, information security, and pricing. The initial agreement term is three years with up to two additional one-year renewal terms.
