Description
The Trinity River Authority of Texas seeks a qualified implementation partner for a large, multi-track migration from Infor Lawson V10 single-tenant Finance and SCM, Maximo, UKG HCM/Payroll, Cornerstone LMS, Procureware, and other related systems to Infor CloudSuite V11 multi-tenant. The scope includes implementation and configuration of Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources/Talent, Payroll, Workforce Management, Learning Management, Expense Management, Strategic Sourcing, Grants Accounting, Lease Accounting, Intercompany Billing, Reporting and Analytics, and advanced budgeting, along with the Infor ION Platform and Infor Velocity Suite. Required services include project governance and management, business-process analysis and modernization, system configuration, data conversion and reconciliation, systems integration, testing including parallel payroll testing, reporting, security and workflow design, organizational change management, training, cutover, go-live support, and post-go-live hypercare. Proposals must address the technical approach, staffing, timeline, qualifications, public-sector experience, relevant Lawson-to-CloudSuite and UKG-to-Infor migrations, Infor ION and Velocity Suite experience, references, risk management, quality assurance, and firm-fixed milestone-based pricing. The response must include the Authority's proposal workbook, cost proposal, required certifications, conflict-of-interest questionnaire, contract redlines, and other specified proposal materials.
