Description
The Trinity River Authority of Texas is soliciting proposals from qualified implementation partners for a large, multi-track migration from Infor Lawson V10 single-tenant Finance and SCM, Maximo, UKG HCM/Payroll, Cornerstone LMS, ProcureWare, Concur, and other related systems to Infor CloudSuite V11 multi-tenant. The scope includes implementation and configuration of Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources/Talent, Payroll, Workforce Management, Learning Management, Expense Management, Grants Accounting, Lease Accounting, Intercompany Billing, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Portal, Birst Enterprise Reporting with Data Lake, EUNA Questica Advanced Budgeting, Infor ION Platform, and Infor Velocity Suite. Required services include project governance and management, business-process analysis and modernization, data conversion and reconciliation, systems and API integration, workflow and security configuration, testing and parallel payroll validation, organizational change management, end-user and administrator training, cutover and go-live support, documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live hypercare. Proposals must include technical approach, staffing and resumes, implementation timeline, public-sector references, risk and quality approaches, sample deliverables, assumptions and exceptions, and a separate firm-fixed-price cost proposal based on milestone and deliverable acceptance rather than recurring implementation fees.
