Description
Ivy Tech Community College is soliciting a contractor for a turnkey replacement of interior and exterior IP security cameras at Johnson Hall and McDaniel Hall on its Richmond campus, along with a new network video recorder server for Johnson Hall. The scope includes camera mounting accessories, licenses, programming, configuration, integration with the existing McDaniel Hall server, failover functionality, Category 6 cabling and terminations, labeling, testing, documentation, and system commissioning. The specified new Johnson Hall server is one Hanwha Vision WRR-P-S204W-48TB, and the camera schedules identify Hanwha Vision models and quantities. Two cameras are owner-furnished; the contractor must provide the remaining specified equipment and memory cards. The work is a stipulated-sum construction contract requiring a Hanwha Vision Platinum-level channel partner, at least five years of similar experience, three comparable installation references, qualified service capability, factory-certified technicians, project management, field supervision, and training for College personnel. Bidders must submit a signed bid, bid security, financial statement, supplier-diversity information, non-collusion documentation, tax and vendor forms, insurance evidence, and a written substance-abuse policy. The complete bid must be submitted as one PDF through Ivy Tech's Workday Strategic Sourcing system by the stated deadline.
