Description
Miami University and Ohio University Purchasing Group are seeking a sponsored programs administration software-as-a-service platform for Miami University's Office of Research and Innovation. The solution must support proposal development, electronic routing and approvals, direct submission to Grants.gov and eRA Commons, post-award and subaward oversight, award closeout reporting, Workday system-to-system integration, robust data extraction, and compliance integrations. Required capabilities include Title II ADA accessibility, Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA compliance, and support for external analysis through formats such as CSV, Excel, and dashboard data feeds. The implementation is expected to begin under a contract effective February 1, 2027, with the application fully installed and functional by May 1, 2027. The service is expected to continue through January 31, 2029, with possible extensions of up to three additional one-year periods. Proposals must address the requirements in the solicitation order, include at least two similar-project references, provide detailed pricing and implementation information, complete the attached Proposal Offering Form, and describe any exceptions, sustainability practices, rebate proposal, and relevant security and accessibility capabilities.
