Description
Miami University's Physician Associate Studies Department is seeking a provider to procure and coordinate supervised clinical practice experiences that the department cannot independently place with local medical facilities. The selected provider must arrange in-person clinical opportunities for students, with a minimum of 120 verified educational hours per participant per rotation, in specialties including pediatrics, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynecology/women's health, and general surgery. The provider must match students with appropriate clinical sites and preceptors; identify new locations and preceptors; support onboarding, scheduling, attendance, issue resolution, accreditation requirements, affiliation agreements, site visits, student evaluations, and preceptor license verification; and provide completed preceptor documentation, including letters of intent, attestations, curricula vitae, and affiliation agreements. Proposals must include qualifications, personnel credentials, at least two similar-project references, detailed service and pricing information, responses to the requested requirements and scenarios, sustainability information, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and any exceptions or deviations. The contract is intended to begin December 1, 2026, with service continuing through December 1, 2028, and may be extended for up to three additional one-year periods by mutual agreement.
