Description
The Capital Regional Hospital District is seeking expressions of interest to gauge market interest in the redevelopment of the Oak Bay Lodge site. Respondents are invited to submit creative, distinctive, and forward-looking development concepts that support the district’s vision for the next stage of redevelopment. The opportunity is a non-binding request for expressions of interest rather than a conventional construction procurement. The posting identifies specialized public building construction, multiple-unit dwelling construction, commercial and office building construction, property or building leasing, real estate management, civil engineering, healthcare centers, hospice care, urban development, nursing services, and personal care services as related commodity areas.
