Description
Pleasant Valley Recreation & Park District is seeking a managed print services provider for its Community Center, Senior Center, Aquatic Center, and Park Office. The scope includes maintenance, preventative service, repairs, replacement parts, troubleshooting, technical support, service-level agreements, local dispatch, and optional service reporting for District-owned printers. Proposers may submit a base proposal for maintenance services; Alternate Proposal #1 for maintenance plus toner and other supplies management; and Alternate Proposal #2 for a full-service solution that also includes leasing, delivery, installation, configuration, maintenance, and support for one high-volume copier. The leased equipment must meet specified minimum capabilities, including print speeds, duplex scanning, document feeder capacity, finishing functions, paper handling, memory, storage, network interfaces, and energy-efficiency requirements. Proposals must include separate pricing for each option, service methodologies and SLAs, staffing and qualifications, references and past work, pricing and financial disclosures, and other requested proposal information. Proposals are limited to 25 pages, excluding staff resumes.
