Description
The California Conservation Corps seeks a contractor to remove the existing CCTV security system and furnish, install, mount, configure, and set up a comprehensive replacement system at the Camarillo Center. The scope includes one network video recorder, thirty 8MP bullet cameras, twenty-eight 4MP dome cameras, and a laptop/keyboard/mouse/monitor station. The system must provide high-definition video at no less than 30 frames per second, AI-driven person and vehicle detection, motion-activated recording, and at least 30 days of video retention. The contractor must reuse existing conduits and cabling where applicable, coordinate with owner-provided conduit and power-over-Ethernet switches, remove and dispose of the old equipment, and provide a minimum 10-year software license. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, tools, permits, installation, configuration, cleanup, staff training, equipment manuals, and a one-year labor warranty; manufacturer warranties apply to furnished equipment, parts, and materials. Work must comply with applicable laws, codes, safety requirements, prevailing-wage requirements, and the required California contractor licensing classifications C-7 or C-28. The maximum amount payable is $120,000.00. Bids are awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, subject to the stated responsiveness, licensing, registration, insurance, bonding, and participation requirements.
