Description
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility is issuing a sole-source, firm-fixed-price request for proposals to Cepeda Associates, Inc. for repairs to the No. 1 and No. 2 CO2 scrubbers aboard a Virginia-Class submarine.
