Description
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility is seeking a contractor to provide annual on-site preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration analysis for seven industrial machines: a Haas Automation vertical machining center, Clausing three-axis mill, Studer CNC cylindrical grinder, two CNC lathes, an ESAB plasma cutting machine, and a Muratec plasma punch machine. Work must be performed by trained and certified original equipment manufacturer technicians and must restore the equipment to fully operational condition. The contract is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price vehicle with a five-year ordering and performance period. Offerors must provide per-machine labor, material, and travel pricing, including any separate subject-matter-expert labor rates, along with a technical capability statement and CMMC Level 1 self-assessment unique identifiers. The latest amendment extends the offer deadline to September 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time.
