Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking five soft-wall deployable training shelter systems under a firm-fixed-price commercial-item request for quote. Each system must provide approximately 19-by-34-foot interior dimensions, at least 650 square feet of unobstructed floor space, minimum specified eave and peak heights, a total weight not exceeding 970 pounds, modular interconnection capability, an external frame with rope-and-pulley deployment, durable materials meeting or exceeding MIL-PRF-44103, integrated electrical wiring with a triple-tap outlet, ECU and cable ports, interior rigging points, a liner and thermal fly, and compatibility with optional insulated liners. The systems must be deployable and strikeable by five to six personnel without special tools or ladders and must meet Department of Defense environmental-performance standards for wind, snow, driving rain, blackout capability, sand and dust, and salt-fog corrosion. The quote must include technical product information, delivery schedule, commercial warranty terms, pricing, offeror information, past-performance references if applicable, agreement with solicitation terms, and completed Sections 6 through 9 of the combo solicitation. Delivery is required FOB destination, with a desired schedule of 90 days after contract date and a maximum stated schedule of 150 days after contract date.
